Anupama fame, actor Rupali Ganguly officially joined the BJP on Wednesday at the party headquarters in Delhi, ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Party leaders Vinod Tawde and Anil Baluni were present at the event to welcome her into the fold.

Addressing the media post joining the party, the actor said, "When I see this 'Mahayagya' of development, I feel that I should also take part in this."

"I need your blessings and support so that whatever I do, I do it right and good," she said.
